Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in residential service
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Unwavering commitment to customer service
  • Flexibility regarding work assignments
  • Exhibit a clear understanding of the necessity of equipment safety
  • Effectively communicate issues, repairs and recommendations to customers

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask & maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Minimum of three years residential experience
  • Clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test
  • Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks
  • Maintains a "can do" attitude
  • A team player who contributes and works with others accomplishing results
  • Attention to detail and punctuality is critical
